Why this exists

Every Sunday for the better part of a year, I'd ship my weekly Substack and then spend another three or four hours reformatting it for LinkedIn, X, Threads, Bluesky, Substack Notes, Instagram, and Reddit. Different character limits, different conventions, different audiences — same tedious data-entry job.

I asked around. About thirty other writers, ranging from 500 subscribers to 50,000. Same answer every time: everyone hates the repurposing tax. Some quit social entirely. Some pay a VA $500 a month. Most just post "new piece, link in bio" and call it a day.

None of those felt like the right answer. So I built Letterfork — the tool that takes one newsletter and produces seven platform-native posts in your own writing voice, in 60 seconds.

What makes it different

• Voice cloning: Letterfork reads 5–10 of your past newsletters once and learns how you write — sentence rhythm, opening habits, vocabulary, humor — then applies that fingerprint to every rewrite. No more copy-pasting your writing style into a ChatGPT prompt every time.
• Newsletter-first: I'm a newsletter writer building for newsletter writers. Substack, Beehiiv, and Ghost just work. Other tools start with podcasts or short-form video and treat newsletters as an afterthought.
• All seven platforms: LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Substack Notes, Threads, Instagram, and Reddit. No other tool covers Bluesky and Reddit and Substack Notes in one go.
